FAQ

How MLens works

Read this once and you'll know how to run an analysis, what the numbers on the card mean and how plans work.

Getting started

What is MLens?

Analysis tools for crypto futures and US stocks. For any coin, MLens shows where the market is, two possible scenarios and the price at which each one stops making sense.

We don't send signals and don't tell you what to buy. You decide whether to trade, and when.

How do I start?

1. Sign in on mlens.ai with your Google account.

2. Open the Account page and link your Telegram.

3. Open @Mlens_bot in Telegram and send /analyzer. The Analyzer opens right inside the chat.

You can also start in the bot without the website: open the Analyzer there and you get a Free account automatically.

Crypto Analyzer

What is the Analyzer?

A small app that opens inside Telegram when you send /analyzer to @Mlens_bot. No password: Telegram signs you in.

It works with any coin on Binance Futures and has three modes: Breakdown, Scan and Audit. The next section walks through each one.

What does Breakdown do?

You pick a coin. You get two scenarios, LONG and SHORT. Each has a trigger, an entry zone, targets and an invalidation level. The card also says which way the market leans and why, based on key levels, liquidity, sentiment and news.

Sometimes there's no clear setup. You still get both scenarios and a short list of what to watch.

What does Scan do?

Scan goes through 30 coins using futures data and looks for quiet accumulation. It picks the 3 most interesting ones and makes a Breakdown for each. Handy when you don't know what to look at today.

What is Audit?

A look at the project behind the coin: team, investors, real usage, token supply and risks, with a score from 1 to 10. Available on Pro and Elite.

How do I read an analysis?

Read each scenario as «if this happens, then that». It only counts once its trigger fires.

Invalidation is the price where the scenario is wrong. Treat it as your stop and don't move it. Most traders risk 1–2% of their account per trade.

The bot has a one-page cheat sheet: send /rules. The terms are explained below, in «Terms in plain words».

Using the Analyzer, step by step

How do I run my first Breakdown?

1. In @Mlens_bot, send /analyzer and tap the button. The Analyzer opens.

2. Choose BREAKDOWN at the top.

3. In the TICKER field, type the coin the way Binance Futures lists it, for example BTCUSDT or SOLUSDT.

4. Tap ANALYZE. It usually takes less than a minute, and you'll see each step on screen.

5. Read the card. If you want the bot to keep an eye on the scenario for you, tap 🔔 at the bottom (see «Watching a scenario»).

How do I run Scan and Audit?

Scan: choose SCAN and tap ANALYZE. No ticker needed. You get 3 coins out of 30, each with its own Breakdown.

Audit (Pro and Elite): choose AUDIT, type a ticker and tap ANALYZE.

What else is in the Analyzer?

HISTORY keeps your past analyses. Opening an old one is free.

COPY puts the levels on your clipboard, ready for your notes or exchange.

«Attach charts» lets you add up to 3 screenshots of your own chart for extra context. Optional.

Working through bot commands

Can I get a Breakdown without opening the Analyzer?

Yes. Send the bot /sniper and a coin, for example /sniper BTC or /sniper ETHUSDT. The Breakdown arrives in the chat with a 🔔 Watch button under it.

It counts against the same Breakdown limit as the Analyzer.

What about /scan and /audit?

Those two only run in the Analyzer. The commands send a short hint with a button that opens it.

What commands does the bot have?

/analyzer opens the Analyzer.

/sniper BTC makes a Breakdown in the chat.

/mystatus shows your plan, when it ends and how much of your limit is left.

/briefing sets up the daily brief (Pro and Elite).

/rules is the cheat sheet on reading an analysis.

/indicator gives the Trend Level PRO indicator for TradingView (Pro and Elite).

/subscribe opens the plans, /channel the news channel, /language switches RU/EN, /privacy explains what data we keep, /help lists the commands.

What is the daily brief?

A short morning overview of the market that the bot sends you every day. It's included in Pro and Elite.

It comes at 07:00 UTC unless you pick another hour. Send /briefing to change the time or turn it off.

Watching a scenario (🔔)

What does «Watch» do?

It saves you from staring at the chart. Tap 🔔 under a Breakdown, and the bot follows that exact scenario and messages you when something important happens.

Watching is free. It doesn't use your analysis limit.

What will the bot tell me?

When the price reaches the entry zone. When the first target (TP1) is hit, and then the second (TP2). When the price hits invalidation and the scenario is off. And when the scenario runs out of time without playing out.

If one of these already happened by the time you tapped 🔔, the bot tells you straight away.

Why do the buttons say different things?

If the market leans one way, you'll see «Watch long» or «Watch short», and the bot follows that side.

If there's no clear lean, you'll see «Notify me when it opens». The bot then watches both sides and tells you which scenario starts first.

Why is there no 🔔 under my Breakdown?

The bot only watches a scenario it stands behind. Sometimes the market leans one way, but entering that side right now isn't worth it: the possible profit is too small for the risk. The opposite scenario may look fine on the numbers, but it goes against the lean, so the bot won't follow it either.

In that case the Breakdown comes without a button. Read it as «the idea is there, the price isn't». Run a fresh Breakdown later, when the price has moved.

The same happens when neither scenario is worth entering at all.

How long does watching last, and how do I stop it?

You can tap 🔔 up to 24 hours after the analysis. After that the levels are out of date, so run a fresh Breakdown. Watching stops on its own once the scenario plays out or expires.

To stop earlier, tap «Remove watch» under any message from the bot about that trade.

I tapped 🔔 but get no messages. Why?

Usually nothing has happened yet: the bot only writes when price reaches one of the levels.

If you expected a message, check two things. Telegram should be linked to your account. And in /settings the «Trade watching» switch should be ON.

Terms in plain words

Scenario, trigger, entry zone, targets, invalidation: what do they mean?

Scenario: a plan of the form «if price does X, Y is likely». Every Breakdown has two, LONG (price goes up) and SHORT (price goes down).

Trigger: what has to happen for a scenario to start. Until then it's only a plan.

Entry zone: the price range where the scenario is worth considering.

Targets (TP1, TP2): where the move is expected to go. TP1 is the closer one.

Invalidation: the price at which the scenario is wrong. Use it as your stop.

Market lean: which side the data favours right now, and how strongly. It's a reading of the market, not an instruction.

Stocks

How do I analyse stocks?

Stocks have their own site: stocks.mlens.ai. Sign in with the same Google account, type the ticker of a US company and pick a framework.

Each analysis takes one from your Stocks limit. If the ticker doesn't exist, nothing is taken.

Plans and limits

What do I get on Free?

Each month: 5 Breakdowns and 3 Scans for crypto, plus 5 stock analyses. No card required.

The Free limits reset on the 1st of every month (UTC). On very busy days the free plan may run out early and ask you to come back tomorrow.

When do paid limits refill?

Every 30 days, counting from your first payment. To see what's left, open the Account page or send /mystatus to the bot.

What is the Bundle?

Crypto and Stocks on the same plan, paid together. It costs 8–11% less than buying them separately. You'll find it under the Bundle tab on the pricing page.

Payment and changing plans

How do I pay?

Go to mlens.ai/pricing, pick a plan and sign in with Google. You'll get a crypto invoice from Oxapay, our payment provider, and choose the coin there. The invoice is valid for 60 minutes.

Once the payment arrives, the plan turns on by itself. In the bot, /subscribe sends you to the same page.

Does my plan renew automatically?

No. One payment gives you 30 days and we never charge you again on our own. To extend, pay again. If you do it early, the new 30 days are added on top of what's left.

How do I upgrade or switch plans?

Buy the plan you want on the pricing page. A higher plan starts right away with 30 new days, and the days you had left move over to it.

If you pay for a lower plan while a higher one is still running, you stay on the higher one and get proportionally fewer extra days. To actually move down, wait until your current plan ends.

How do I cancel?

You don't need to. Nothing renews automatically, so the plan simply ends after 30 days and you're back on Free. Questions: @Mlens_ai.

Account and data

How do I change the language?

On the site, use the EN/RU button in the top menu. In the bot, send /language.

What do you store about me, and can I delete it?

Your Telegram ID, username and name, your plan and limits, and the list of analyses you ran. We can't see your messages or contacts. /privacy in the bot has the details.

To delete your data, message @Mlens_ai. We do it within 30 days.
